LIKE
This term can stand as a preposition, conjunction, noun, adjective, or an adverb. It is used to draw attention to a similar object or instance. However, the younger generation typically uses it as an interjection to conversations.

Avoid bombarding your sentences with "like" because it will not make you sound any smarter. Go straight to the point instead, or you can use other phrases as an alternative.

This word is one of the most abused words in the internet world. Do not use it as a discourse marker because it will draw an impression that you are stating a fact instead of an opinion. Be direct. Use this words separately and never as one phrase. 
  • EACH refers to a single person or object.
  • EVERY refers to a group.

IRREGARDLESS
This is an informal term which you should never use in any discourse. Use more appropriate words instead.

OKAY
Okay is used to express agreement. In some manner, people sue it as an adjective to express that something or someone is acceptable.be more creative with your words. Use alternative words and phrases.
