  •         Structure your essay properly. The following must be the content of your essay:
§  Introduction – Write the main idea of your essay. Simply explain your response to the prompt by writing a clear opening statement.
§  Body paragraphs – Include paragraphs that support your main idea. Write at least 2 or 3 body paragraphs that contain supporting details and examples.
§  Conclusion – This is the most important part of your essay. Write a strong conclusion summarizing all the essential points discussed in your essay.

During your PTE online review sessions, look for writing prompts and use them to write an essay using this format.
  •         Construct a draft of your essay. Use the important points you have written on the notepad as your guide when writing your draft. Spend at least 3–5 minutes organizing your thoughts about the prompt.
  •           Pay attention to the number of words in your essay. Your response must be between 200 and 300 words. If you write less or more than the required word count, you will receive a score of zero in this writing task. It is best to write around 250 to 280 words.
